B2B Sessions & Trade Show
Registration to the B2B Sessions and Trade Show reserves exhibit space for one company and two delegates from that same organization as well as access for the two delegates to the Summit Conference and the Keynote Luncheon on November 3rd.

Exhibitor Space:
- AIAC member organization: $1600
- Non-member organization: $2600 *
Exhibitor space includes one 10x10 booth with standard pipe and drape, power outlet, carpet, a high cafe table and 4 chairs.

Summit Conference
The Summit Conference Program registration provides access to Keynote presentations and to the Trade Show at a predetermined time but does NOT provide your organization with exhibit space or B2B meetings. The registration fee includes the Keynote Luncheon on November 3rd. Read the Program
AIAC Member Organization
- Early registration fee (until 11:59 PM EST Wednesday, October 12, 2011): $625.00 + HST
- After October 12th, Registration Fee: $750.00 + HST
Non-Member Industry Organization
- Early registration fee (until 11:59 PM EST Wednesday, October 12, 2011): $750.00 + HST
- After October 12th, Registration Fee: $850.00 + HST
Government & Academia
- Registration fee: $90.00 + HST

Special AIAC 50th Anniversary Gala Reception and Dinner (SOLD OUT)
Our 50th Anniversary program features special entertainment, the second edition of the Floyd Award and two networking receptions. Fees for this Celebration are not included in B2B-Trade Show or Conference Program registration fees.
- $150.00 per person + HST for Summit registrants
- $175.00 per person for non-Summit registrants (online reservations not available, email: cas@aiac.ca for further information)
- $1500.00 per table of 10 + HST
